Mall.Direct Refund & Return Policy:

Mall.Direct is a price comparison site linking consumers directly to top brands and companies.

Mall.Direct also offers a wide selection of name brand products at some of the lowest prices in the U.S.A. We are a national drop shipping company working with several top U.S.A. online and brick and mortar companies.

As a Mall.Direct price comparison and drop shipping company, we abide by the drop shipping policies of our affiliated partners. Based on the supplier and product, we may accept returns for exchange or refund 10 calendar days after delivery of the product. At our sole discretion after 10 calendar days, we will offer an exchange or store credit only. Items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition". Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is:

  • without showing signs of wear or damage in any way
  • within 10 calendar days of the delivery date
  • must not be a special order or a custom order

To be eligible for a return, your item must be purchased from Mall.Direct and must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned.

If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact Customer Support immediately @ 1-855-245-9993. Items that are defective and shipped from us or items that you did not order but received from us will qualify for store credit or a refund.

Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it.

There is a 5% restocking fee for returned items that are not being exchanged and are not damaged. Again you MUST contact us within 10 days if you intend to return ANY item back to our store. Items returned to us AFTER 30 days and WITHOUT contacting us will NOT be refunded.

The Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs if the seller is not at fault.

Some products require taxes mandated by state law based on your delivery zip code. Some products require shipping fees based on product size, weight and packaging .
