Mall.Direct Refund & Return Policy (Updated July 4, 2022):
Products sold on Mall.Direct are shipped directly from our warehouse throughout the Continental United States (48 States) excluding Hawaii & Alaska. With over 250,000 manufactured products stocked daily, you get instant access to a wide variety of products at Mall.Direct.
Guest Checkout, Register Checkout, Payment Options, Shipping and Returns
- Price: All products show prices plus shipping - No Hidden Fees - U.S. Ground Shipping per Item.
- Sales Tax: Sales tax may apply and is based on tax rules and regulations governed by each state.
- Secure Checkout: When making a purchase at Mall.Direct, we offer customers the option to either checkout as a Guest or Register for an Account.
- Payment Methods: Mall.Direct currently accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express via our secure PayPal merchant provider. All product items must successfully be paid in full at checkout, and approved by our Order Processing team prior to Mall.Direct shipping your items.
- Shipping Zones: Products sold on Mall.Direct are shipped directly from our warehouse throughout the Continental United States (48 States) excluding Hawaii & Alaska.
- Shipping Method: Mall.Direct currently offers U.S. Ground Shipping per Item via FedEx, UPS or USPS. Based on your item, Mall.Direct will select the best Ground shipping method.
- Delivery: Mall.Direct delivers brand name products to your home or business. For each product we provide an estimated delivery date. On average delivery takes 1-2 business days processing and 3-7 business days transit. Sales tax on products apply to all Florida residences.
- Returns: Mall.Direct has a standard 30-day return policy.
What is the Mall.Direct return policy?
Mall.Direct has a standard 30-day return policy. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required. Simply click on the Returns link here and enter the order number and request for RMA in the title. The link to the Returns request form is also located in the footer on every page, and in your customers dashboard.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be purchased from Mall.Direct and must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact Customer Support immediately @ 1-855-245-9993. Items that are defective and shipped from us or items that you did not order but received from us will qualify for a full refund or store credit. Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it.
- If there is a problem with the sale, for example, if the item is broken or missing parts, then Mall.Direct will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
- If there is no problem with the item or you no longer want the item(s) then you are liable for the return shipping cost. Regardless, all eligible returns can be shipped back to us and you will receive a full refund. The RMA number is required to be either written on the shipping label or the box for all returns shipped to us.
When will I get my refund?
- If you cancel your order before we ship your product, we are able to provide a refund within 1-3 business days.
- If you are returning items that have been shipped to your location, most refunds are fully refunded in 3-5 days after we receive and process your return.
- Again you MUST contact us within 30 days if you intend to return ANY item back to our store. Items returned to us AFTER 30 days and WITHOUT contacting us will NOT be refunded.
- The Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs if the seller is not at fault.

process, and we will provide you with the Returns Address.
