The Schiek Model 1200 Power Lifting Hooks combine a rugged hook with a deluxe wrist support. The durable steel hooks are 2.5" wide with slip resistant coating. The wrist supports are made with 1/4" thick and 2.5" wide neoprene. The 2" outside strap and durable stainless steel buckle ensure a secure grip. The Lifting Hooks are perfect for lat pull downs, shrugs, pull ups, low rows and other back and shoulder exercises.
